About the role
We're looking for a Lettings Manager to lead the day to day leasing activity within a large, modern residential building with shared amenities. This is a hands-on, on site role where you'll combine great customer service with strong commercial awareness to drive occupancy and performance.What you'll be doing
You'll manage the full lettings journey, from enquiries and viewings through to move-ins and renewals, while supporting a small team. You'll work closely with internal teams and external agents, keep on top of local market activity, and help ensure homes are let efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard. You'll also play a part in creating a welcoming environment and positive resident experience.What we're looking for
You'll have experience in residential lettings, be confident dealing with customers and comfortable managing targets and processes. You'll be organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership of your work while supporting those around you.Why this role
