Description

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Night Resident Host to join our on-site team and act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors during night-time hours. This is a 4 on 4 off role working the hours 6pm - 12am.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Night Resident Host handover log, recording all activity during shifts.
  • Manage keys securely, ensuring all keys are coded, signed in/out correctly, and audited nightly.
  • Carry out regular patrols of all communal areas, including night patrols of plant rooms.
  • Undertake and log weekly tests of fire alarms, emergency lighting, lift alarms, and other safety systems.
  • Provide high-level customer service and respond to resident queries promptly and courteously.
  • Address complaints in line with procedures and escalate where necessary (e.g. noise disturbances).
  • Liaise with Management to coordinate minor repairs and maintenance works.

About You

  • A genuine passion for customer service and resident experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a varied and demanding role.
  • Practical and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for personal learning and development.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
  • Previous experience working within the private rented sector or residential property environment.
