- Description
PMR is working closely with an exciting and growing workspace provider with a proven track record in delivering highly successful flexible workspace and hospitality businesses. They are now looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in South West London. You will be tasked with sales of a new AI product aimed at other office landlords. Your initial target market will be London, with an expectation you will then progress to national sales.
Salary - £40,000 + commission + benefits.
Monday - Friday (site based)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
Identify, target, and engage office landlords, asset managers, and property owners to promote the company's workspace solutions or technology platform. - Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy focused on growth within the London commercial real estate sector, with plans to scale nationally. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in property and asset management firms, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. - Product Demonstrations & Pitches:
Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals to showcase the value of the solution to prospective clients. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the flexible workspace and commercial property markets to inform strategy. - Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client feedback is shared and product development aligns with market needs. - Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Track performance against targets, manage the sales pipeline, and produce regular reports on activity, conversions, and revenue forecasts. - Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong professional relationships. - Networking & Brand Representation:
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate new leads. - Customer Onboarding & After-Sales Support:
Support the handover process to ensure clients are successfully onboarded and experience a seamless transition post-sale.
