- Description
· Assist guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up, as necessary.
· Know all essential aspects of our residential resort operations.
· Ensuring customers satisfaction and building runs smoothly.
· Meet and greet the residents.
· Answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk.
· Assist the residents, guests and visitors when required.
· Assist the resident and visitors when required.
· Monitor presence of contractors in the building and supervise to ensure minimum disturbance to the residents.
· Release and distribute mail parcels.
