Our Client are looking for an experienced Caretaker to join their team at a luxury residential estate based in South West London.
3 days per week (must include every Friday and the other two days can be flexible) 8am - 4pm
Salary: £16,000 annually
What you'll do:
Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance.
Keep communal and outdoor areas clean, safe, and presentable.
Support with painting and small decorating tasks.
Jet Washing.
Concierge services.
Carpet Cleaning.
Assisting with the bins
General ad hoc duties across the development.
Provide friendly, helpful service to residents and colleagues.
What we're looking for:
Previous caretaking or maintenance.
A practical can-do attitude and good attention to detail.
Someone reliable, approachable, and happy to help others.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
