PMR are currently seeking a Community Assistant to join a vibrant co-working workspace, acting as the welcoming face of the building and providing excellent front of house service.

Package:

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests, members, and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

Handling incoming calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism.

Supporting the smooth running of daily operations and ensuring health & safety compliance.

Managing administrative tasks and providing operational assistance where needed.

Conducting viewings and confidently showcasing the space to prospective clients.

Building strong relationships with members to foster a supportive community.

Assisting with planning and delivering engaging events.
