Description

Our Client are currently seeking a Day Concierge/Building Manager to work at a luxury residential development based in West London.

Hours of work will be:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 2pm

Previous experience working in luxury residential apartments would be necessary. Candidates must be immaculately presented, possess strong customer service skills and be able to abide by procedures set by the managing agents.

Duties will include manning the reception desk and dealing with any queries or issues from residents, distributing post and parcels, contractor and works management, holding keys and ensuring that communal areas are kept clean and tidy, ensuring any faults or issues are passed back to the Property Manager.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
