What you'll be doing:

• Conducting viewings, handling enquiries and negotiating rental offers

• Managing lettings administration, compliance and marketing activity

• Overseeing apartment presentation and coordinating with agents/partners

• Preparing reports, rent analysis and leasing strategies for the client

• Supporting resident communications and contributing to a thriving community

What we're looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, organised and confident in negotiations

• Experience in viewings, lettings or residential property management

• A dynamic, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
