A boutique property management company is hiring a Compliance Manager to take charge of admin processes and compliance across a portfolio of residential blocks. This is a hands-on role with a direct path to senior leadership.What you'll do:
- Oversee admin and compliance across the portfolio
- Maintain accurate financial and service charge records
- Support governance and reporting
- Work closely with directors, contractors and leaseholders
What you'll need:
- Solid admin experience and strong attention to detail
- Confident with Excel and financial documents
- Comfortable using Office 365, SharePoint and Planner
- Leasehold/property management knowledge is a bonus, not a must
- Professional communication skills
- Mid-career, steady and reliable - ready to grow into a senior role
