PMR is working closely with an exciting and growing workspace provider with a proven track record in delivering highly successful flexible workspace and hospitality businesses. They are now looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in South London.
Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
Salary - Up to £50k DOE
The Role:
- Energise your mornings by identifying, nurturing, and assessing fresh leads and potential game-changing opportunities.
- Dive into outbound sales activities, ranging from initiating cold calls with prospective members and corporates to delivering captivating Centre tours.
- Network with influential figures in the industry at events, while also boosting our brand through local marketing efforts and community engagement.
- Foster and champion, a community focused on referrals, crafting enticing incentives that ignite enthusiasm.
- Aid in nurturing relationships with brokers, effectively conveying Link Spaces brand and offerings to ensure high conversion rates.
- Take charge of the entire sales journey, from the CRM administrative tasks to finalising License Agreements and facilitating handovers.
- Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager, particularly for enquiries of a corporate scale.
- Ensure you maintain a proactive approach to sales calls, with a strong adherence to the clients standards and procedures in all communications.
Your must demonstrate:
- A track record of over 2 years in sales, with a strong focus on outbound sales and business development.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a dedicated commitment to enhancing every client's experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset, consistently pushing boundaries.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, known for quick and effective responses.
- A passionate drive to establish and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong multitasking skills, adept at handling multiple deals simultaneously. Proficiency in negotiation and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate sector, with a readiness for ongoing competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with the flexible working industry is essential. Expertise in utilising CRM tools (training provided)
- A proven history of delivering exceptional customer service experiences. An innovative approach to sales, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Prior experience within the commercial real estate industry is essential.
