Permanent Part time Cleaner position available in East London

Location: East London
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday (mornings preferred, with some flexibility)
Salary: £11,428.56 per annum (pro rata)
Benefits: 20 days annual leave (no bank holidays required)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of a residential development. The successful candidate will ensure all communal areas are kept to a high standard, creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out cleaning duties across all internal communal areas, including entrances, lifts, stairways, corridors, and reception.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, and dust as required to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
Empty and clean waste bins and ensure refuse areas are tidy.
Clean and disinfect sanitary facilities.
Maintain windows, handrails, light fittings, and communal surfaces.
Report defects, damage, or Health & Safety concerns promptly to the line manager.
Follow Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines when handling cleaning materials.
Wear uniform and ID badge provided while on duty.
Carry out additional duties as required by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager.
