What you'll be doingOversee a group of residential buildings of varying size and complexity, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Lead routine site checks and guide on-site teams to maintain service standards across the board
Take the helm on budget planning, resident queries, contractor coordination, and large-scale maintenance projects
Ensure legal obligations are met across properties-handling reports, consults, and safety documentation with precision
Need to know
Three-day office/site presence expected weekly
Some meetings outside standard hours, depending on resident availability
