We are working with a leading Block Management company who are looking to hire for an Assistant Development Manager to join the team on a luxury modern residential scheme in West London.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £30,000 pa
Role and Responsibilities:
- To provide a high level of management and administration support to the EstatePrioritize work to ensure that deadlines and targets are met within the appropriate time scales.
- To ensure compliance across the Estate is met with any relevant defects reported to the developer if within defect period.
- To take water meter readings upon request of a resident
- To take estate water and electricity meter readings monthly.
- Look after fingerprint clock in system and deal with invoices in accordance with recorded attendances.
- Deal with telephone enquiries together with any associated follow-up.
- Deal with email correspondence and replies as necessary, keeping team updated with current issues.
- Meeting and greeting clients, residents & contractors as required.
- Deal with all written correspondence on behalf of the team as required.
- Maintain electronic filing systems associated with the administration role.
- To maintain contractor relationship with any contractor that is on the Estate or may be in the future
- To supervise/manage (indirectly) "full time staff" on the Estate. I.e. Administrator, yardmen, handymen, cleaners.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong administration skills, ideally having worked within admin based positions for 2 years+
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong IT skills, Word, Microsoft and Excel
- A positive 'can-do' atttitude
- Ability to work well within a team and multitask
- Ideally have worked within the Property sector previously
