We are seeking an experienced Night Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in Central London. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to be part of a premium team delivering a world-class living experience to residents and their guests.

The Role

As a Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for all residents, guests, and visitors during the day. You'll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional standard of service is maintained across concierge operations, resident engagement, security, housekeeping coordination, and lifestyle services.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Greeting and assisting residents and guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Managing deliveries, post, guest arrivals, amenity bookings, car park coordination, dry cleaning services, and general requests
  • Supporting waste management and recycling procedures
  • Handling amenity and transportation bookings
  • Reporting and following up on key resident requests and building matters with the day team and management

You'll act as an ambassador for the development, delivering a seamless and memorable service experience throughout.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with a polished, proactive, and service-led approach, who thrives in a luxury environment and understands the expectations of high-net-worth individuals.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role within a luxury residential or 5-star hospitality setting
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing concierge systems
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • A calm, confident manner with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A professional, well-groomed appearance and a natural sense of discretion
  • A good knowledge of Central London
  • A valid UK driving licence with a clean record (essential)
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

What You'll Get

  • The opportunity to work within one of London's most high-end residential environments
  • A supportive team culture and excellent training opportunities
  • Competitive salary
  • Exposure to an ultra-prime property setting and clientele

Apply now if you are passionate about luxury service and looking to take the next step in your residential concierge or hospitality career.
