Description

This role puts you at the heart of some of the most complex and meaningful property-related legal issues in the UK today.

You'll be advising major players in the residential sector, without the rigid hierarchy or traditional office grind.

If you enjoy fast-moving caseloads and real variety, this one's worth a closer look.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling a caseload of residential and mixed-use property disputes from pre-issue through to final hearing

  • Providing advisory support on building and fire safety legislation, title documents, and lease interpretation

  • Issuing and defending claims in the County Court and Tribunal, including service charge disputes, forfeiture, and breach of covenant

  • Preparing applications, briefing counsel, and managing progression on complex cases, including appeals.
