What you'll be doing:
Handling a caseload of residential and mixed-use property disputes from pre-issue through to final hearing
Providing advisory support on building and fire safety legislation, title documents, and lease interpretation
Issuing and defending claims in the County Court and Tribunal, including service charge disputes, forfeiture, and breach of covenant
Preparing applications, briefing counsel, and managing progression on complex cases, including appeals.
