We're Recruiting: Cleaner (Temporary with Potential to Go Permanent)

Location: Bermondsey, London SE1
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (35 hours per week, with one hour unpaid break)
Salary: Starting at £12.21 per hour/£22,223 per annum (Temporary role with potential to move permanent)

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit? We're looking for a Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of communal areas, staff facilities, lobbies, staircases, external spaces, and lifts within a busy building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in lobbies, staff rooms, and external areas

• Clean windows, glass doors, furniture, and fixtures

• Maintain WC facilities to a high standard

• Remove marks, dust surfaces, and keep all areas tidy and welcoming

• Re-stock cleaning and janitorial supplies

• Carry out weekly and periodic cleaning tasks including pressure washing and external litter-picking

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow schedules

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

• Physically able to perform manual tasks
