What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking charge of a multi-site residential portfolio made up of high-rise buildings, covering over 1,000 homes across Central London
- Overseeing on-site staff including caretakers and porters, ensuring day-to-day operations and presentation are first-class
- Running all aspects of block management including budgeting, site visits, resident meetings, and legal compliance
- Liaising regularly with resident groups, addressing concerns, and ensuring communication is clear and proactive
