- Description
Our client is looking for a Night Security Officer to join the team at a luxury residential development in West London.
This will be on a 4 on 4 off rota with working hours of 7pm - 7am.
Duties inlcude:
- Routinely monitoring surveillance equipment (such as CCTV)
- Control and manage the access of residents and visitors.
- Obtains help by sounding alarms as appropriate or contacting the relevant authorities.
- Prevents losses and damage
- Complete reports and system-based tasks by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Responds to all alarms.
- Stays in contact with other security personnel to make sure the development is always secure.
- Walk around the premises to investigate signs of intrusion / concern or risk.
- Stops suspicious activities by asking for identification and advising of policies.
- Manage and monitor the vehicle booking in process and the use of loading bays.
- Direct drivers politely and informatively and keep them informed of any relevant time limits that may apply to their period of unloading.
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
