Are you an experienced Block Property Manager looking for a role that offers a balanced mix of office, site, and remote working? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work with a structured and supportive team, this opportunity could be for you.
We are seeking a Property Manager with at least three years of experience managing their own portfolio. A strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation is essential, along with the ability to oversee site staff and handle a busy workload effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in managing service charge budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site inspections, identifying maintenance issues, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Managing leaseholder enquiries, client communication, and service charge budgets.
- Overseeing on-site staff and contractors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Attending AGMs and client meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
This position involves working from the Hertfordshire office with some remote working. You'll be supported by an in-house accounts, admin and legal teams.
