Description

Our client is currently seeking a Head Concierge to join the team in North West London on a 4 on 4 off rotation, 7am - 7pm.

Key Responsibilities:


* Leadership & Team Management:
o Support Estate and Property Manager as required
o Supervise, train, and motivate the concierge team to ensure high standards of service.
o Prepare team schedules and manage daily operations efficiently.
o Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing support and development.


* Customer Service & Resident Experience:
o Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Foster a strong sense of community and maintain positive relationships with residents and commercial tenants.
o Ensure the team delivers consistent five-star service with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.


* Operations & Coordination:
o Oversee the smooth operation of front desk services, including visitor management, deliveries, and key handling.
o Coordinate with maintenance, security, and cleaning teams to ensure a well-maintained estate.
o Manage concierge-related systems and processes, including incident reporting and resident communication.


* Health, Safety, and Compliance:
o Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across the estate.
o Act as a liaison between residents and management for any security or safety concerns.


* Event Support & Community Building:
o Assist in the coordination and delivery of community events and initiatives.
o Provide support for VIP visits and special occasions, ensuring seamless experiences

Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar Head Concierge or senior concierge role within high-end residential or commercial developments.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
