Day Concierge - South West London

PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across London, we are currently working with a well established managing agent who is actively seeking a professional Day Concierge to work on a luxury apartment block based in South West London.

The client would be looking for an enthuasiastic individual with impeccible timekeeping skills and an ability to manage a busy front desk - strong customer service skills are key in this role.

Hours: 8am to 8pm, 4 on 4 off rota

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
• Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return

The person:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Dress immaculately.
• Pro-active.
• IT skills.
• Hospitality or residential experience.

Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
