Salary: Up to £38,000 - £40,000
Location: South London, Essex, and HertfordshireAbout the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Block Manager to join our team, managing a diverse portfolio of RMC and Freehold Blocks.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality management services to RMC and Freehold clients.
- Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage service charge budgets, overseeing the financial health of the portfolio.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and Section 20 consultations where applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and contractors.
- Attend and manage client meetings, including AGMs, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant lease and statutory requirements.
Work Structure: 2 days remote working per week.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a block property portfolio.
- Strong understanding of leasehold management and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in service charge budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
