- Description
PMR are currently working with a luxury Student Accommodation provider based in Kings Cross, they are actively seeking an experienced Handyman/ Maintenance Operative to carry out repairs day to day on the site.
This is a temporary to permanent role, so they would ideally be looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum + annual bonus scheme
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Main dutes:
- Painting & Decorating
- Door locks
- Fixing furniture
- Blocked sinks / toilets
- Changing taps
- Lamp changes
- General maintenance / PPM repairs
Ideally candidates will have previous experience in a similar role within Student Accommodation, 4-5* Hotels or Luxury Apartments.
