Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Bristol Area
Salary: £28,000 - £31,500 per annum depending on qualifications
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per weekAbout the Role:
Our client is seeking a Block and Estate Manager to join our expanding team. You'll manage a diverse portfolio, including RMCs, RTMs, and L&T properties, while working in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth. The role includes liaising with clients, contractors, and surveyors, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular site inspections.Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client communications and coordinating with contractors and specialists.
- Organising and attending AGMs and residents' meetings (some outside regular hours, with time in lieu).
- Conducting site inspections and reporting findings.
- Managing budgets, invoices, and compliance reports in collaboration with the accounts team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in block management.
- Understanding of the leasehold sector.
- Strong organizational skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
- Full, clean driving license.
Desirable:
- TPI qualification.
- Experience managing varied property types.
