Description

PMR work with luxury residential buildings across the UK and are currently hiring temporary Maintenance Operatives based in Corby.

Hourly rate: £13.85ph + holiday pay

Responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
  • Maintenance requests: Responding to maintenance requests from residents and resolving issues promptly
  • Routine inspections: Conducting regular inspections of communal areas and plant rooms
  • Planned maintenance: Carrying out planned maintenance tasks in line with set programs
  • Reactive maintenance: Responding to faults and providing immediate repairs
  • Quality: Maintaining a high level of quality in the work completed
