Block Manager

Looking after a small portfolio in Bristol you will be responsible for the management of the sites.

The Role

• To have excellent communication skills both written and verbal to provide good customer services
• To have excellent time management & organisational
• To have to ability to maintain files and other ad hoc tasks to ensuring smooth running their designated
• To have an understanding of service charge budget setting and assisting service charge accountants with year- end
• To be able to effectively manage reactive and preventative maintenance
• To understand and ensure compliance across your portfolio for all aspects of health and
• To be able to effectively manage insurance renewals
• To be able to undertake regular inspections of buildngs
• To have an understanding for property management and financial management
• To demonstrate experience and knowledge of Section 20 process and major works

The Person

• 2-3 Years' Experience
• Excellent skills in negotiation, problem-solving, multitasking, and stress management
• Experience with Qube or Dwellant is preferred.
• An understanding of how to create and maintain budgets
• Driving license
