Description

We are working on behalf of a dymanic Block Management business looking to provide a fresh approach to the sector. They are looking to grow their team with a problem solver who is looking to work with Developers and RMCs on providing a fantastic service to their Leasehold Blocks.

The Role

  • Day to day management of an important portfolio, managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Management of compliance and fire safety requirements across their porfolio
  • Management of residents meetings and AGMs
  • Preparation of service charge budgets and monitoring of expenditure.
  • Issuing consultation on major works and qualifying long term agreements
  • Contract management across portfolio
  • Managing insurance claims
  • Supporting at a senior leadership level on driving the business forward.

The Person

  • Enthusiastic and generally passionate at providing a customer centric service
  • Organised and proactive
  • At least 3 years management experience
  • TPI qualified
  • Understanding of legislation surrounding the sector

The Package

  • A flexible approach to working - with up to 3 days working from home.
  • Support with TPI qualification and membership fees
  • £40,000
