With over two decades of established presence in Kent, our client is at the forefront of block management. We are searching for a driven Block Manager to join their expert team and oversee their extensive portfolio.

What You'll Do:

As a Block Manager, your role will involve:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within block management.
  • Managing financial oversight throughout the year, including expenditure authorisation and monitoring of service charge budgets.
  • Ensuring timely and effective management of service charge demands and arrears.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and generating detailed management reports.
  • Maintaining robust communication with residents, resident associations, and landlords to nurture a supportive community environment.
  • Ensuring all properties comply with essential Health and Safety legislation, including fire safety regulations and risk assessments.
  • Overseeing contract management with external contractors to assure high-quality service and compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated individual with a passion for block management, equipped with:

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the initiative to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, crucial for managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential for this role.
