Our client is seeking a personable candidate to work as a Day Porter on a residential block based in West London. The Porter will be responsible for supporting the Head Porter to oversee the development ensuring the effective delivery of daily tasks.

This role will be Temp to Perm, so we will be looking for someone who could start temping from 1st May on an ongoing basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (1pm to 8pm) plus alternative weekends (Saturdays 9am to 1pm and Sundays 10am to 2pm)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Duties:

• Front of house assistance.
• Provide a welcoming service for residents on site.
• Assist residents with parcels and packages.
• Help with minor problems in flats e., assisting when leaks occur etc.

• Assisting visitors providing directions and parking assistance subject
• to availability of visitor's bays.
• Assisting the elderly and disabled with door and gate access, luggage, shopping etc.
• Taking delivery of hire cars and key returns.
• Issuing keys to flats on the authority of the relevant resident i.e. to cleaners, friends, relatives, estate agents etc.
• Rotation of waste and recyling bins.
• You may be asked to assist with cleaning duties when required.
• Report maintenance issues via the Portal or directly to management company.
• Ensure standards are maintained across the development.

• Conduct daily patrols across the development, ensuring the porters lodge is not left unmanned for long periods.
• Responsible for storing and issuing resident and commercial tenant keys in line with the key issue policy.
• Monitoring CCTV, gate and garage security, and ensuring it is all in working order.
• Comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and complete the required training.
