PMR are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Resident Services Manager to be part our client's on site team for their Build to Rent development in Birmingham
Responsibilities:- Support the Senior Resident Services Manager (SRSM) in the safe management of the operations for the relevant BTR site.
- Support the Senior RSM with the day-to-day management of the Resident Services Associate.
- Work alongside the Senior RSM and Resident Services Associate to deliver exceptional customer services to all residents enabling the asset to deliver performance above target and aligning the team to work as one.
- Support the Senior RSM in the delivery of the customer service strategy and service to our agreed standards
- Support the Senior RSM with the management of the Resident Services Associate (RSA)
- Lead the RSA to increase resident satisfaction with service delivery while delivering high-quality resident services.
- Collaborate with company-wide colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead the RSA to encourage and support resident engagement.
- Management of the RSA rota
- Promote the business and build good relationships with external partners.
- Deputise for Senior RSM as and when required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in organisations providing property management is essential.
- Previous demonstrable experience of effectively managing a successful team, with strong management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English
- Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous.
- Previous experience of working towards and achieving targets
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to build relationships and work collectively with colleagues.
- Demonstrable ability to think creatively and embrace new challenges daily
- Goal-focused, positive and resilient with the determination to support in delivering exceptional outcomes for its residents and communities
40 hrs per week over 5 days, 2 week rolling rota. Earliest start 8am, latest finish 8pm, working every other Saturday.
