Description

Our Client is a dynamic, customer centric national Managing Agent. Having successfully acquired a new portfolio they are seeking a Senior Client Accountant to support them with their Service Charge.

The Role

  • Preparation of budgets for approval by Block Managgers
  • Reconcilation of service charge inline with preparing year end accounts.
  • Preparation of certification of service charge accountants within best practise time scales
  • When time scales are unable to be met issuing s20b notices
  • Reconcilation of void charges
  • Preparing Client reports
  • Manage queries relating to the portfolio from all stakeholders.

The Person

  • Qube experience
  • 3 years + service charge experience
  • Problem solver
  • Seeking to provide the best for their customer

The Package

  • £53,000 - £55,000 pa
  • Private healthcare
  • Birthday day off
  • 25 days annual leave with additional service bonus
  • Hybrid working
