Description

We are working to find an onsite Property Adminstrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an iconic residential developmens.

The Role

  • Being the initial point of contact for any simple queries responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage emails, portal and noticeboard announcements, process POs and invoices from start to finish.
  • Proactive liaison with RMG back office support teams/departments.
  • Taking ownership of cases and ensuring you follow through up to completion.

The Package

This role offers a salary range of £24k per annum, based on experience, and is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will receive training and support to develop their skills and knowledge further.
