Our client is currently seeking a Day Concierge at a luxury residential building in West London
The hours are 7am - 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off, with the salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Duties:
* Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
* Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
* Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
* Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
* Accurate parcel handling and recording.Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a luxury residential development or 4-5* hotels.
We will be looking for a well presented individual, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
