Summary
In addition to managing incoming leads, the Sales Manager will also be in charge of creating new leads, building trusting connections with clients and business associates, and closing sales. Working together with our Front of House Team and Site Manager is essential to guaranteeing a flawless customer experience and optimising income. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a self-motivated and driven personality, are required for this post. Job role
In your role as Sales Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain a solid network within the Brighton & Hove business community and foster good broker relationships.
- Increase revenue by maintaining a laser-like focus on lead generation and conversion on both new and old websites.
- Quicken the pace of office conversion at both new and current locations to guarantee few vacancies.
- Track, measure, and report on conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Oversee pricing and renewals for all sizes of offices, working closely with the location staff to guarantee everyone's safety.
- Develop strong bonds with important clients to guarantee well-maintained ties with larger tenants.
- Keep abreast of developments in the broader market, such as building occupancy, shifting patterns, financial data, and rivals.
- Speak for the market and consumer leads internally by suggesting enhancements to our product design and marketing strategies in response to your input.
- Apply creative thinking to create novel and distinctive sales strategies in order to create an exceptional sales funnel.
What We're Seeking
- At least two years of experience managing accounts, closing deals, or working in sales-related industries.
- Warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in others.
- Proven track record in lead sourcing, qualification, nurturing, and deal negotiation.
- While not necessary, direct experience with coworking spaces or serviced offices would be ideal.
- Proven performance in a high-pressure, KPI-driven sales setting.
