Description

Our client is currently looking for a part-time morning caretaker to work at a luxury residential development in Finchley Road, London NW3

Working hours:
Monday: 7am - 11am
Tuesday - Friday: 8am - 12pm

Main purpose of the job:
To provide general caretaking and maintenance support for the building.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Daily cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification
- Weekly grounds maintenance such as sweeping of courtyard/basement
- Monthly jet washing/disinfecting binstore room
- Watering flowerbeds and lawned areas as required during Summer months
- General light maintenance works such as checking lights operating

Person Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
