- Description
An award-winning Estate Agency based in North West London, is currently seeking an Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Block Managers and the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient delivery of our Property Management and facilities coordination services.
The Role
- Act as a liaison between the Block Manager, Freeholders, Leaseholders, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver an efficient and effective Property Management and facilities coordinator service.
- Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Manage the performance of direct reports, ensuring they achieve targets and meet set standards.
- Handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations.
The Person
- Understanding of structure of leasehold
- Excellent IT literacy.
- Demonstrable experience in Customer Service and Management.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Be able to think on your feet and react to situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate within a team.
Package:
- Salary: £28,000-£30,000
