Luxury Night Concierge - South East London

We are working with a luxury residential scheme based in South East London, who are looking to hire a full time Night Concierge to work as part of a team and provide 5* customer service to residents. We are looking for a personable candidate who is passionate about delivering great customer service!

Hours: 7pm to 7am, 4on 4off rota

Salary: £27,000 pa

Duties:

• Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
• Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
• Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Accurate parcel handling and recording.
• Reporting any health and safety issues to management.
• Dealing with contractors and accompanying their visits around the sites
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
• Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors.
• Internal and external patrols of the development

Key Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong IT Skills are essential for this role
• A personable approach to dealing with residents
• Fantastic customer service skills
