Block Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join aunique organisation as who are looking to hire a Property Manager to work as part of a team, managing a portfolio based in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3, including a Junior Property Manager and a Client Accountant
• Provide full 360 management of all client management requirements
• Maintain the high standards of Strangford Management within your team
• Manage onboarding of new clients
• Create client and company systems and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager
• Currently holds or working towards professional qualifications through the IRPM (AIRPM minimum required)
• Has successfully and independently managed a portfolio for over 3 years including exposure to RMC's RTM's and / or Freehold Clients
• Has created and presented accurate budgeting to clients along with regular reporting
• Has managed major refurbishment projects
• Has successful exposure to health & safety, compliance requirements
• Holds clear understanding of relevant legislation
• Has exposure to building insurance function along with claim management
• Good understanding of company secretarial function
• Ambition to lead a team and progress into a more senior role within the company
