- Description
Our Client is a Freehold working on the MRI Qube as their accounting system. They requires a specialist to provide system support. They are looking for someone to join them remotely for one day per week for an ongoing project and offering training workshops for their team.
The Role
To support on the set up and refining of;
- Qube tables database module
- Qube custom abs and custom fields
- Qube ad-hoc routines
- Qube reports wizard
- Qube xtract scripting language
- Qube period end and year end
- Qube workflow module
- Excel high proficiency
- Setting up Qube properties, units, tenants, charges in bulk via import
- Making bulk data changes on Qube
- Interfacing Qube with Sage and Xero accounting systems
- Interfacing Qube with banking systems
- Interfacing Que with email systems especially Outlook
- Dealing with Qube data corruption issues
- Managing Qube database expansion, error checking
- Purging old data from Qube
- Setting up new Qube system environment
- Upgrading Qube software
- Excel VBA
- Other programing languages
- Qube access security module
The Person
A flexible person with a knowledge of the Qube system, understanding of ground rent legislations and requirements. Ability to work with others and provide training.
