- Description
We have a security role at an extremely beautiful high-end estate in Kensington.
Our client is looking for a guard who is customer serviced focused, assertive & confident.
Time: 7:00am - 19:00pm
Shift Pattern: 4 on - 4 off
Building Type: Residential
Salary per annum: £32,000per annum + lots of overtime benefits.
Duties Involved:
- Regular Patrols of site.
- Monitoring CCTV operations.
- Reporting any suspicious or unusual behaviour to the relevant person or team.
- Guarding lobbies or entrances and ensuring all safety protocols are being met.
- Effectively responding to emergencies.
- Monitoring traffic in and out of the site.
- Communicating with residents.
- Liaising with the concierge and property manager.
- Assisting any residents with queries they may have.
Person Specification:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year's experience at a luxury residential or high - end hotels or 3 years' experience as a general security guard.
- Must have a valid SIA license.
