- Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individualfor a Director of Service Charge Accounts role. As the Director, you will be responsible for leading a full team of approximately 60 staff members, overseeing all areas of service charge operations including onboarding, profit and loss analysis, billings, credit control, treasury, and accounts production.
The Role
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the service charge accounts team, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all functions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to established protocols.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Lead the billing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and client agreements.
- Establish and maintain robust credit control measures, minimizing late payments and reducing outstanding debt.
- Manage treasury activities, including cash flow management, investment decisions, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee the production of accurate and timely accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and enhance client satisfaction

The Package
- Competitive salary: Up to £80,000 per annum.
- Performance-based bonus: A discretionary 10% bonus based on individual and team performance.
- Car allowance: £5,000 per year.
- Annual leave: Starting with 27 days (25 days plus 1 for Christmas and 1 for Birthday) in addition to bank/statutory holidays.
