The RoleAs a Property Manager, you will play a vital role, serving as a pathway to becoming paaaaart of the Senior Team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of residential estates and ensure that all resources (internal and external) are effectively coordinated to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The role comprises three key areas, namely, controlling the financial aspects of an estate, implementing a planned and reactive maintenance program, and communicating with key stakeholders.
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following competencies:
- Financial and management competency: The ability to analyse and interpret financial information, prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures to ensure that we manage our clients' service charges effectively and prudently against an estate's current and future needs. Additionally, they should have experience in reporting to directors and managing budgets.
- Successful implementation: thorough and accountable: A willingness to diligently and systematically ensure that key milestones are achieved within the specified timeframes and budgets
