They are transforming distinct heritage buildings into centres for community, work, public events, and education. We are seeking a Community and Events Associate in High Wycombe to be the new high street hub of professional and cultural activity.
As a Community and Events Associate, you will work closely with the Site Directors to develop an exciting destination in your town, and you will be presented with an equity ownership opportunity.
Your duties will include:
- Creating a welcoming and efficient customer experience,
- Encouraging inclusivity,
- Planning and executing quarterly co-working events,
- Providing support to the Site Director in business development,
- Fostering positive relationships with key suppliers and local vendors.
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
- An exceptional people-person with a proactive, responsible attitude,
- A passion for making people happy with aa positive outward energy,
- You should possess a hands-on approach and be willing to tackle any task,
- Resourceful, action-oriented, and motivated
- Preferred experience for this role includes work in the hospitality, retail, or membership industries, experience curating public spaces and events, and the ability to work confidently with social media channels.
