Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Client Account Manager. The successful candidate will work alongside the key account manager to provide a prompt and efficient service to clients looking after the recovery of unpaid service charges, ground rents and other arrears.
The Role
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of debt recovery cases and ensuring that our clients remain within the firm's service level agreements. You will proactively communicate with clients, leasehold and freehold property owners, solicitors, mortgagees and other authorized third parties to obtain payment from owners within the shortest possible timeframe while considering individual owner vulnerabilities, the Pre Action Protocol for Debt Claims and the rules set out by the Financial Conduct Authority.
This is an office based role.
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with computer systems and databases, excellent numerical and written skills, and the ability to tactfully recover the funds owed. They will also be able to readily identify what constitutes a legally valid dispute and provide a detailed response to the above via telephone and/or in writing in accordance with our processes. The successful candidate should have experience in a fast-paced and varied role, with the ability to build a good rapport with the rest of the team and our clients.

Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 + 5% bonus
