Our client is currently looking for a Part Time Concierge at a luxury residential buliding in Chelmsford, assisting the Development Manager 2 days a week.

Hours: Fridays 7am - 7pm & Saturdays 8am - 2pm
Location: Chelmsford City Centre, CM1 Essex
Rate: £11.50ph, equivalent to approx £10,100 pa
Duties:
- Delivering excellent customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property, greeting them with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Site Patrols, investigating and reporting any faults discovered to the higher management
- Keys & Parcel handling
- Assisting contractors and agents with access when required
- Looking smart and well presented at all times
- Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
- Monitor CCTV
The successful person must have strong administration and customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is highly desirable. Knowledge of IOSH/health & safety is also beneficial
