Central Sales Executive - Remote Working!
Serviced Office. Flexible Workspace. Coworking. Account Advisor. Sales Support. Broker Relations. Sales Executive.
Salary: £25,000 - £26,250 plus uncapped commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours - 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:00 - 18:00 depending on business needs
Remote Working 4 days a week - office based on Fridays.

Our client run a fast growing and varied national network of business centres providing entrepreneurs and companies with flexible workplaces.
As an Account Advisor, you will be responsible for handling and creating reservations and inquiries for all centres, scheduling viewings, conference space bookings, and other services for new, internal, and external occupiers.
This is an exciting and expanding sector that attracts staff from areas such as hotels, retail and hospitality due to it's friendly service style and Monday to Friday working hours.
Once trained, you will be able to work remotely Monday to Thursday, and work from your nearest centre on Fridays.
Main Responsibilities:
Building Relationships
- Establish contact with the customer and have a professional dialogue with them in order to thoroughly qualify their business needs
- Do extensive research on the consumer utilising social media, the internet, and other relevant sources
- Daily evaluation of the viewings that were attended and follow-up on no-shows and cancellations
- Self-source inquiries by researching and calling targeted prospects on your own initiative
- Conduct informative and expert talks via the phone, email, and other channels to set up meetings and coordinate and manage online portfolio viewings
Opportunity Management
- Updating the CRM system accurately in accordance with the sales process
- Making a significant number of inbound and outbound calls in accordance with established performance targets
- Handling new business inquiries, scheduling customer viewings, processing new leads, scheduling call-backs and managing task lists effectively
Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent and proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Driven to perform at the highest level
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Team player
