Description

My client is currently looking for a temporary Scheme Host to work at their Luxury Residential for 2 weeks with an ASAP start, with the likelihood of an extension pending on recruitment of a permanent staff member.

Role: Scheme Host

Location: East London

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Rate: £12-12.50ph

Start: Immediately

Building:

Site is comprised of 3 blocks with just under 200 units.

You will be working alongside a 24/7 concierge team and you will report to the Property Manager

Duties:

To assist residents on the day to day, with queries and advice

Conducting and booking viewings for perpsective residents

Dealing with maintenance reports from residents and actioning where possible

Candidate:

Lettings Experience/Knowledge is essential

Residential/Front of House experience is highly beneficial

Excellent written and verbal communication on all platforms

Customer Service orientated
