Temporary Concierge - Swimming Pool Training Required

PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across London and are currently recruiting for temporary concierges to work with us on a luxury residential development. We are looking for 5* candidates who are immediately available and can be flexible with shift patterns.

Rate: £10.85 - £11.50 per hour + Holiday Pay

Hours: Days or Nights, 12 hour shifts

All candidates applying for this role MUST have completed Swimming Pool Training, as the development has it's own private Pool and Spa Facility which the Concierges must be trained in.

You must be able to work on a 0 hour contract, have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
• Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return

Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
