Our client are currently looking for a Yardperson to work in a high-end residential development based in Catford, London SE6.
Position: Yardperson
Hours:
Mondays: 8am - 4pm
Tuesdays: 7am - 3pm
Wednesdays: 8am - 4pm
Thursdays: 8am - 4pm
Fridays: 8am - 4pm
Salary: £22,500pa
Start Date: Immediate
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties will be carried out; however, this list in not exhaustive as there may be other tasks which arise from time to time.
- Rotation of large bins across development, getting them ready for collections
- Disinfect and sweep out bin stores and return bins to position
- Sweep and mop walkways
- Sweep courtyard
- Sweep front of building
- Sweep out car park
- Jet wash bins, courtyard and hard surfaces half-yearly
You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.
